About The Core Four

The CORE 4 Online Video Series teaches any player, coach or parent the keys to becoming a great, fundamental catcher. This series breaks down a catcher's setup, blocking, framing positions and throwing techniques. You'll have 24/7 access to over 20 videos that progress from basic positions to my most favorite, most complex drills.
